Jennifer, Congratulations on exceeding your biking goal and doing great with your fitness plan! It's wonderful that you can resume your cycling activity without pain. Have a wonderful week ahead. Thank you for your weekend coffee share.
Well done Jen, that ride is a wonderful one and I must get down and do it again soon. This time of year is lovely with all the autumn colours. You've done so well with your exercise goals and should feel rightly proud of your efforts.
Well done. I wish I had your energy. I keep telling myself my two sessions of aquarobics each week and a few stretches everyday is ok. I used to walk every morning, but a sore hip and knee stopped me in my tracks then I find every excuse not to go, too wet, too windy, too hot. 🤔
Hi, Jen - I totally understand secret goals. Those are usually the most important ones. Congratualtions on this huge achievement! I could feel your (very well-deserved) joy from here.
Impressive achievements! I should follow 'some' of your planned daily activities on a regular basis. You have inspired me to do more walking. This is something I can now tackle in Autumn as my Achilles tendonitis issues have lessoned now!
Congratulations, Jen! I'm so happy that your knee held up and you achieved such a great feat - 62km that's fantastic. Well done you! Isn't it a wonderful feeling when you actually achieve your goal? Thanks for co-hosting our #WellnessReimagined link up and for being such an inspiration. x

I agree with you Deb. It’s a beautiful area to ride especially in autumn.
Congratulations
I was SO happy for you when I read this. Well done - I know the work you've been putting in.
Thanks Jo. It’s good to get the occasional pay off.

Don’t compare yourself to anyone Jen. Build up very gradually, especially as you’ve had an injury.
Well done! IT's an amazing feeling when you achieve something like this, yes?
I was quite surprised how happy I was with myself after the ride. Thanks for visiting
I know that's something awesome for you Jen! Well done!
Thanks Denyse. You know me well 😊

Be careful of that Achilles Carole. They can be painful. Enjoy your walking

As you know Sue there’s nothing like the feeling of ticking off a goal. Thanks for your lovely comments
