Well done. I wish I had your energy. I keep telling myself my two sessions of aquarobics each week and a few stretches everyday is ok. I used to walk every morning, but a sore hip and knee stopped me in my tracks then I find every excuse not to go, too wet, too windy, too hot. 🤔

Impressive achievements! I should follow 'some' of your planned daily activities on a regular basis. You have inspired me to do more walking. This is something I can now tackle in Autumn as my Achilles tendonitis issues have lessoned now!
