Thanks for your kind comments Sue. About Dolly Dalrymple. I've read a couple of books about her and attended a session about her at a conference quite a few years ago. At the time there was a web page about to be released by a group in Tasmania. It was that group who spoke. I don't remember much but I did read a couple of the books in the sources.

I'm planning on joining your April Challenge Sue, and will link back to you tomorrow.

Hi, Jennifer - I a delighted to read that your retirement is going well. This is my 8th year of retirement, and althoughI loved my career, I still wake up thinking "yippee, I'm retired!" :D

Sending healing, healthy vibes to both you and Oscar! <3

I'm glad you are enjoying life! It is crazy how fast things are going, but it seems we always say that each year..That conference sounds so interesting. I'd love to learn more about family history. I love your succulent pot garden. So pretty. I'm glad you're feeling much more positive. I'm going to check out the links you shared.

"Health" is a great WOTY. Though it's not my WOTY, I've been investing a lot of my time towards my health too -- including exercisng more. What a lovely succullent collection!

Jennifer, Your succulent collection is incredible and the plants all look so healthy. I'm glad to read the good news about your health and that Oscar is feeling better. I also read your very interesting "Famine and The Earl Grey Girl in My Family" article. You had a great March. Thank you for your weekend coffee share.

I am so pleased for you about your knee and general health. The outside gardening time (if you don't over do it) hits the mental and physical health button. Perhaps you could get an anti anxiety med from your GP for the appointment with the dentist? That helps a lot of people. Glad your dog is on the mend. Love those succulents! I have had the same pot since 2007 and that's a feat was one must over winter them inside here in Saskatchewan, Canada.

You're really thriving in retirement. Love your succulents and your progress with your health. It's not easy doing what you're doing, but you're definitely getting there.

Hi Jen so good that you are enjoying easing into retirement and filling your days with what you want to do rather than have to do. I'm happy to hear your knee is progressing and joining the gym will help continue it's progress hopefully. Rootstech sounds like a fascinating event to attend virtually. You mentioned in my comments that you knew of Dolly Dalrymple, I'd love any information you could give me when you have time. We love our succulents but they aren't as impressive as yours! Take care and thanks for joining us at #WBOYC? x

Your succulent pot garden is lovely! I'm hoping to pull together an herb pot garden this spring/summer when it warms up-- though I usually don't have great luck growing anything. It sounds like you have come a long way with your health and that is fabulous!

What a positive and happy post Jen! You're certainly taking to retirement like a duck to water :) So much going on and great news you're back in the gym. I'm loving my Studio sessions and am moving a lot more than I was previously, it's doing me wonders. Great to have you sharing your updates with us for #WBOYC. Keep smiling!
