One of the things I love most about Substack is the incredible community of talented writers who share their knowledge, experiences, and thoughts here every day. The platform has become a treasure trove for discussing topics that resonate deeply with me, and which I’d like to share with my friends here.
I hope you find something here that takes your interest and that you enjoy reading. You may even find something that makes you laugh or better still, that makes you stop and think.
So, settle down and relax, perhaps with a coffee or cup of tea, and kick your weekend off by catching up with some great writing that you may have missed during the week.

Simply Stunning Classic Book Club
Jo from Story Crumbs, Sue from Women Living Well After 50, Donna from Retirement Reflections and Deb from Deb from Deb's World have been meeting up for their bookclub for a few years now. They have now started a book club podcast. This first episode where they feature childhood favourite Wind in the Willows, I thought was, a very insightful and enjoyable discussion. Well done ladies. I will be back for your next episode.
